Morning spiritlifter - Tuesdays

All you need for your body to wake up and for you to get connected with it.

In this class we mainly use improvisation to get our movement qualities rediscover in a playful yet very safe environment.
There will be space in it for your history and beliefs.
We will learn to to care with your body - to listen to it - to use it's full maximum. Yet, you will learn how to decide on the volume ( you will realize you always have a choice to go on 2% or 120% ).

This class will fit for you if you search something that energizes you for the day - yet do not leave you exhausted so you will be able to go (back) to work or start your hike, run with your kiddos.

On each class we will use different ideas to get more comfortable in our body, learn and discover new layers both in a mental and physical level. These improvisational discoveries (ending in choreographies) serve to guide us toward exploring our body’s most efficient pathways and opening ourselves to new possibilities.

FLooRShip

Floorship - is a lovechild born from the neverending curiosity of the folding and unfolding body.

From rolls and crawls , slides and glides to jump and fly you will  connect with the playful child and a wild animal inside with the safe guidance of the master teacher Sophie Barbarics.

The workshop aims to put down/strengthen the basics and give everyone the challenge they need to grow in technique, physically and mentally. We are going to build routines on the floor from fundamental basics to complex sequences with acrobatics used in contemporary dance.

We will explore how to use the physicality of our body by using the right amount of energy to execute the moves. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of organic movement and will be able to add a new dimension to their dance routines.

Evening contemporary skill booster - Thursdays

On the evening classes we will dive deeper into techniques like floorwork, contemporary acro, partnering by the guidance of our master teacher in a secure, non judgemental environment

Movement patterns of this class will challenge our 360-degree awareness of the body as we move through space and explore inversions.

Our main focus will be on the relationship of the spine, floor, and space - finding and maintaining balance, using suspension and the power of letting go in oder to go further.
Exercises will engage and gently challenge participants’ minds and bodies, while across-the-floor phrases emphasize dynamic specificity and full-bodied fluidity. Stress-free yet very informative and craft developing class for every level.

The Morning Yawn - Thursday mornings

Have you ever woken up with a foggy mind and a stiff body, eager for your coffee to kick in?

Why not try another type of morning booster?

Good stretching is like a well-deserved yawn—it restarts your system and gives you momentum for the day.

We start by sitting or lying on the floor, and the whole class aims to find a stretching and mobilizing way to transition into standing, preparing the muscles for the day.Breathe deeply, stretch fully, and give your body the care it deserves!
