Join us for 8 weeks of movement, growth, and community—registration is open for The Cocoon Lab.
Step into warmth, creativity, and transformation through dance.

- ”The Cocoon Lab invites dancers and creative movers into a six-week adventure, shaped by the playful and experimental spirit of Sophie Barbarics.
Each session is a hands-on laboratory of movement, blending contemporary dance technique, improvisation, and expressive exercises designed to spark curiosity and transformation.
- inventive choreography, playful prompts, and guided improvisation — encouraging participants to cocoon, unfold, and surprise themselves in motion.
- Every class nourishes trust, experimentation, and community, inviting all bodies to explore new ways of moving and connecting.
